Order Processing

House of Ives hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. We do not ship or work on holidays. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES. Your SHIP TO address must be a correct street address for each single order. The cardholder information and billing address must match. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses put in at checkout. Please verify your address carefully before hitting the submit button. If you realize you put in an incorrect address please send an email to info@houseofives.com with the correct address within 24hrs and a correction will be made before shipping. A refund will not be granted for incorrect address once your order has shipped to the address entered at checkout and no email of address correction was received. Once your order is complete and shipped, your purchase is final it cannot be changed or canceled. No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order ticket. All returned orders by the Post Office to The House of Ives for any reason can be reshipped AT BUYERS EXPENSE

Order Processing Time
House of Ives uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipping at this time. All orders are processed and shipped within 48 to 72 hours from the date received. Once processing is complete a tracking number will be provided. The shipping and handling cost will be added to your order at check out. Shipping and handling rates subject to change at any time.

Returns 

We Thank you for shopping and supporting our House of Ives brand. Due to the nature and ingredients of our Body, Skin, Hair Care and/or Grooming collection products, WE DO NOT EXCEPT RETURNS once your order has shipped. 

Any orders returned by the Post Office to The House of Ives after 21 days or more because of bad address, order not claimed or any reason CAN ONLY BE RESHIPPED at buyers expense, NO REFUNDS! 

Exchanges

We Thank you for shopping and supporting our House of Ives brand. Due to the nature and ingredients of our Body, Skin, Hair Care and/or Grooming collection products, WE DO NOT EXCEPT EXCHANGES once your order has shipped. 

We do accept size exchanges ONLY for all apparel collections. Once unworn merchandise in its original package is returned, received and inspected your new item will ship. 

Refunds

NO REFUNDS – All sales are final. If product is received damaged, please see Damaged Products for instructions.

Damaged Products
It is possible for items to be received with wear and tear on the package due to handling by the carrier. Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives to your destination. If any item is damaged upon arrival please email us at info@houseofives.com with photos of the damages and necessary information to support your claim and we will be happy to assist you. All damaged claims must be submitted within 48 hours from delivery date, along with photo evidence to ensure proper resolution.
